Happy Pills:

Happy Pills
This is a concept for owners of dogs that get really scared going to the Vet. I am truly perplexed by why someone would NOT want to give their dog or cat a ''happy pill'' for a visit to the Vet. I mean - My goal for Ajax would be as pleasant as possible. And if giving him a valium before we went in was cool - I'd do it. Anyway....

Your dog gets really nervous. I feel bad for 'em when they're so scared, in that respect.... Before they come in, AND ONLY IF YOU WANT, they can have a Happy Pill which will allow 'em to, almost, actually ENJOY their visit. I mean, I'm looking at it from the dog's standpoint.
It's called Acepromazine, it takes 120 minutes to kick in and then it's a pleasant Afternoon.

*Trazadone can also be used and gets a smile.

Keep Calm Stress Support

In canines, the three best "happy" compounds you can get over the counter do NOT include CBD, how about that!? Valerian Root, Bacopa and St. John's Wort when found together are DYNAMITE and even help with epilepsy. This is the closest thing I've found and I sometimes have owners give this to anxious pets.

Something else I found for my dog "Ajax" that's cool:
The best dental exercise.
Single Knucklebones are good when you don't know if the dog is gonna want to chew one. I buy several knucklebones at a time and it's a little cheaper most of the time.

You can buy a fat bundle of 'wet wipes' with Cetaphil and I'd recommend it. They're great for cleaning healing wounds, dirty ears, cleansing around some eyes, under-tails, surgery sites, sores.
